Trend #1 – small businesses can find significant opportunities in providing specialized products and services to meet the customized needs of their target market.

The more specific your niche, the greater your potential for opportunity.

Trend #2 – customers will have control over the relationship between them and the producer of a product or service due to educating themselves about the product or service before purchasing it.
